Introduction
The diluent for Beckman coulter series hematology instrument is a dilution used in combination with Automated Hematology Analyzers for the purpose of blood cell counting. It is intended to dilute the whole blood specimens to prepare cell suspension. It is suitable for venous and/or peripheral whole blood specimens. It can dilute the more viscous fresh blood, making it more conducive to the blood cell counting, and it can also maintain the stability of the cell morphology in the short term, making the measured cell number, volume, and other results closer to the true value.
