Dear Customers and Partners,
Please be advised that our team will be on holiday for the Mid-Autumn Festival from September 25 to 27, 2026 (Friday to Sunday). Normal operations will resume on Monday, September 28.
As this is a national holiday in China, some of our suppliers, freight forwarders, and courier partners may also operate on reduced schedules. We recommend taking this into account when planning shipments or delivery deadlines around this period.
During the holiday:
Online orders can still be placed as usual. They will be reviewed and processed after we return.
Inquiries, quotation requests, and emails will be handled starting September 28, in the order received.
For urgent matters, please email jhn@stacbio.com with "Urgent" in the subject line. We will monitor this inbox periodically.
If you need to confirm an order, arrange payment, or finalize shipping details before the holiday, please contact us by September 24 so we can make the necessary arrangements in advance.
Thank you for your continued support. We wish you and your team a pleasant Mid-Autumn Festival.
Sincerely,
Shanghai STAC Team
